La Casita does not connect to the internet, does not collect or share any personal data, has no ads, has no purchases and does not require an account. Everything it saves stays on the device.
What La Casita is
La Casita is a game in which young children dress, style and care for a doll in a house with several rooms: bathroom, hair salon, wardrobe, kitchen, bedroom, doctor, pet and stage. It is designed to be played offline, with no advertising and nothing to buy.
What data we process
None. The app does not request internet permission and cannot send information anywhere, neither to us nor to third parties, because it technically has no way of connecting to the network.
What is stored on the device
Game progress (what the doll is wearing, which rooms are unlocked and the Parents' Corner settings) is saved only in a local file that is private to the app, on the phone or tablet itself. It never leaves the device, neither we nor anyone else receives it, and it is deleted if the app is uninstalled.
Microphone
The stage room has a mini-game in which the child speaks and the doll instantly repeats what was said in a high, funny voice. For this, the app asks for microphone permission the first time it is used. The audio is processed on the spot and is never saved to a file or sent anywhere: it is gone as soon as the mini-game ends. If permission is not granted, the game works just the same (the doll sings instead).
Children
La Casita is designed to be used by young children, and we do not collect any data from anyone, whatever their age. As no data is processed, no parental consent regarding data applies, because there is no data to process.
Optional external link
Inside the Parents' Corner (a section intended to be opened by adults) there is an optional button to support the project with a voluntary PayPal donation. Pressing it opens the browser and leaves the app for PayPal's website, which has its own privacy policy. No donation is needed to play, and we receive no data from that donation.

If anything changes in how the app works, this page will be updated with the new date at the top.
