TREPA: El Ascenso is a short turn-based strategy game played entirely in the browser, with no downloads or sign-up. You found your party and advance village by village, city by city and region by region until you contest the presidency. We publish it as a bonus: small, free and complete.
How it plays
- Each turn you choose a campaign action —rallies, posters, social media, door-to-door canvassing, pledges— each with its own cost and risks.
- Your rivals campaign too, and each week's unexpected events can help you or get in your way.
- Every few turns there is a head-to-head debate with three styles: facts beat emotion, emotion beats attack and attack beats facts.
From village to country
The map has 12 villages, 8 cities and 4 regions before the final race for the whole country, with five rivals in contention. Each tier unlocks once you win enough seats in the previous one, and your title grows with every victory.
Three endings
Money, reputation and corruption follow you throughout the game: depending on how you reached the top, it ends with one of its three endings. Every party, character and place in the game is fictional.
